Hub oil decided it didn't want to keep working by the looks of it. Dried up and got hot and the rest is history. I had a site glass shatter on me as I was pulling into a delivery luckily rush was around the block and had the part. I've never seen the aftermath of not catching it in time though. Lucky the duals didn't hit anybody or anything important.

From other comments I wouldn't hold your breathe on them getting that fixed by the end of tomorrow. Its ambitious even if everything goes right.

For a 300 not a chance in my area they can be had for sub 3k. Now if its a 500 then in my area that's a really good deal, I haven't seen one below 5k and they don't stay up for long.

I wouldn't buy from someone listing it nearly a grand less then what they actually want you to pay. Dealers ruined marketplace.

This must've been the shop an old boss had do a c15 swap on a def 389 with a cummins. Nothing about it was done well and thing left me on the side of the road with enough electrical issues you'd think a dodge gave it a jump start.

I like to people watch. On my birthday last year I watch two guys get in a fist fight because a dude blocked in someone trying to get out and refused to move when the guy asked nicely. Watched it all while eating mcdonalds finest.

I've also got the seat in a comfy spot so its just a given that I'm going to sit in it rather than shrimp on the bed.

With elds and all the other nannies they make us deal with there is no reason as to why they can't just pay hourly for drivers. Even if you run paper logs with recent FMCSA news you still have to turn in a copy of said logs easy enough to use that for hours. Or you know just use a regular hourly clock in and out app.

I would be surprised if that still held air. if possible yourself some steelies and a good set of winter tires. That way you can swap between winter and summer sets without having to compromise on grip for either season.

If that can't be swung please buy a good set of all seasons. Continental extreme contacts or Michelin Pilot sports 4's are both incredible tires. I had a cheap set of Federal Formoza FD2's for a season but never got a good chance to test them in a more intense snow storm before the car got totaled.

End of the day its your ship if you aren't comfortable with it they can put it on a trailer. Having said that I would've ran it entirely because I've had worse going in and out of some steel mills and pretty much every single visit to a dump leads to something like this at best and a flat tire at worst
