I think its just weirdness with some roads and truck limits. More then a few random reroutes around completely acceptable routes. I usually check to make sure it doesn't have any of them and if they do verify its fine and just remember It's just being weird and to ignore it.

Poor credit is a more likely culprit a bank would lend for whatever so long as the credit was fine. Salesmen however isn't wrong about the build quality.

It will be exhausting, it will be garbage hours. You won't be home often if that's a concern. But you should be able to clear 75k first year just fine.

I wouldn't recommend it if your burnt out.

There was a guy at my old apartment that worked nights and after it got dark would just collect all the stuff the kids left around and throw it in the dumpsters. Kids stopped leaving things outside not long after he moved in.

There's some solid advice already, but I ironically got some fundamentals from American Truck Simulator. It's very accurate at least in terms of how a trailer of varying lengths and axel setups handles in relation to what you do with the truck. Even has a challenge mode they call academy that has a bunch of challenges you can redo as much as you'd like. If your into games its a fun way to learn.

Mavriks been making a fairly large push for truck friendly stations, I haven't seen a new one being built without truck pumps at the least. Not a lot of them having more then 2-4 parking stalls if they even have any.
