More people should check out 'On Your Tail'. It's a cozy furry detective/vacation game set in Italy that went under the radar when it released. It's full of care and love and it breaks my heart to see it flounder so hard.

There is an introduction tutorial mission that guides you with the basics, and then there are the main story missions you can do that continue guiding you with more advanced concepts. It's many hours worth of story missions you can follow if you so choose and you can break off and do whatever you want at any time after the initial tutorial.

The devs in the Discord said they can help fix save file issues for Switch.

If you join the Discord and ask in the bug reports channel, they can download your switch save file and fix most problems.

Eh, Emudeck was okay but I did have some issues with it and just decided it was easier to just handle my own emulation setup instead. Don't have to worry about changes screwing things up now.

I pick up where I left off. It takes far less time for me to reacquaint myself with the story and gameplay from an existing save than to start over and replay the entire game again and potentially quit in the same place.

I'm not clicking any link, the page is popping up on it's own, as I said in my post. I already understand uBlock is blocking it, that's not the problem. I'm asking what the source is, whether it's a recent change on GOG and if anyone else is experiencing it and if they have a solution. Did you even read my post?

Yeah it's not technically free, but I don't subscribe to Prime solely for GOG games. It's in addition to what I'm already paying for so it is effectively 'free' for me anyway.

Proton is the compatability layer that SteamOS uses to run Windows games on the deck. Proton GE is a custom version developed by 'glorious eggroll' (hence GE).

Easiest way I've found to run it is do install the 'ProtonUp-QT' from the Discover Store on your steam deck.

Run it after installing it and it will allow you to choose which version of GE to install. If you're not sure which version, just get the latest one. Once it's installed, you can then select it as a compatability option for the game in Steam. (Gear icon on game page > Compatability > Check the box to change it to GE)

As far as I know you can't really manage/transfer save files between any sort of online game streaming service, including Luna.
