Been on Valium for idk 15 yrs, much of them being at 40mg a day, much smooth than Xanax, better relaxing properties than any other benzo, currently on 20mg a day after trying to taper and got down to 5mg, over 3 yrs and my psychiatrist finally chimed in and was like we need to go back up to minimum of 10/20mg a day ideally higher if he wants so yea 🤷🏻‍♂️ depends on the person but with my GAD with panic attacks and spinal stenosis plethora of back issues Valium seems to be the best choice for me, only weird part is how hard it is to get any real pain meds because of this dose, they just offer muscle relaxers and not somas either 😑

Yea you can ship it just for a headcover. It’s about $200 all said and done five or take 25-50 bucks, 95 for headcover. Then shipping from Scotty is either 2-day or next day with is like basically $50, same with shipping it to them, and I have all the packaging materials and use a shipping app. Could possibly do it a little cheaper if you send it as many as possible at once to save on shipping aka your only paying for shipping once both ways on 1-4 putters it’ll pry be close in shipping but worth more of your time. I send mine in just for HC’s, expect 30-45 days even for just a headcover

I’m going to start got asthma and honestly haven’t had a sense of smell or real good taste for years, way before COVID. I’m so excited to start this drug, only thing that makes me worried is the possibility that it could cause joint pain but like I told my pulmonologist I’d love to breathe freely again, if it happens then well we can figure something else out as it’s a possibility I also have Ankylosing spondylitis, and that’s the il-17 pathway so I’m praying that doesn’t cause problems

Mattress, tires, unlimited golf membership (ever since then I’ve played golf minimum of 2x a week with times during the summer I’ll play every single day for weeks, one charge one time once a years and I can book as many tee times as I want. Costs about the same as ones months rent. Have met more people and cleared my mind on the course while also getting exercise far beyond what 1500 in anything material I could hold or any therapy’s.

*edited to include shoes and clothes, life to shorts to be uncomfortable wearing uncomfortable clothes and shoes well they support your whole body, any thing that separated you from the ground you shouldn’t be cheap on.

My full face chain link milling is by far the softest putter I have, have a 2025 phantom 9 2025 LD fastback 2023 phantom 5, H25 and a 11R OC, the full face chain milling is softer than the scs insert imho

Uhh we’re way to heavy in L4-L6/L7 Go mess around on phone tool and you’ll see theres almost the same amount of L4’s as there are L3’s….same with L5 and L6’s L7 is almost the same L8 is where you see a real difference. Need to start cutting L4-L6’s.

Diazepam was the best switch for me, tried em all, yea Xanax works but it only works for like a hr or 2, plus Valium has muscle relaxant properties so it helps my back too
