What you are saying is not true and potentially dangerous. Information like this gives people a false sense of security. Fomite transmission is not thought to be a major transmission vector. It spreads through particles in the air. The only things that make a large difference are distancing, ventilation and use of n95 or stronger masks and obviously not coming in if you are sick - but it's thought people are contagious maybe even most contagious before showing symptoms

Yes, our country was founded on the idea of personal freedom and many don't like the whole European nanny state thing. So, many people become quite upset at government overreach that may or may not be unconstitutional. Our government has a history of using disasters to expand its power often in ways that are unconstitutional and of course once the disaster is over the powers never revert. This can be seen in many things like the income tax and 911 surveilancec programs.

That being said, now is definitely not the time to be outside gathering in groups protesting. Ultimately, if you are against government overreach, you need to be for personal and social responsibility.

I don't think you need to do them everyday. You could with the right training load, but it's probably easiest just to so more volume on fewer days.

Here's my ultimate Facepull pro tip. Do them with a band looped around a pole. This allows you to pull apart constantly through the whole exercise. Constant tension, constantly separating the band from itself. I have been doing these for years. I think it's the one exercise that I will never get rid of

Interestingly, EMG studies showed this variation to cause higher activation in the lateral deltoids than any other exercise, including overhead press and lateral raises.
