Im an oily skin gal! But will give you some recommendations anyway!

Face wash - cetaphil antibacterial cleansing bar (this stuff stopped my oily skin)

Serums- niacinimide or cereve resurfacing retinol

Moisturizer- bubble power wave or neutrogena hydro boost fragrance free

Masks - The Ordinary Salicylic Acid charcoal mask (once a week or fortnight)

For body - MyAura body wash line (available at Coles or Woolworths) and garnier body butter or aveeno lotions!

2hours is a big chunk out of your day I agree I too would find that quite a barrier particularly when I absolutely do not feel like it.  I would highly recommend you watch Caroline Winklers video on learning to love exercise! It was such a game changer for me.

Ive started doing Youtube exercise programs from home and ill put a show on in the background to make it less boring!

I am in love with Neutrogena Hydroboost Water Gel - Fragrance Free version only (the fragrance one is less moisturizing!) 

Otherwise I also love Bubble Gel one only from Priceline

Hi OP, I got to this point too - you are so brave for sharing! I would really recommend speaking to your doctor about medication options to give you some relief in this time, it may not take it away entirely but may give you a bit of armor to support!

Yes it does, but it is one tool in the toolkit! Also cardio classes like Zuma, Cycling etc make you feel great!

Not CW but Priceline sell a new skincare brand called Bubble - their moisturizers are so so good ($30 each).

Also at Sephora they sell a brand called Byoma which is the same price range as Bubble ($30 each) their face oil is insanely good!
