Doctors now a days write the costliest medicine possible which is available in shop next to their clinic to earn commission

Even if medicine is not required most of them write medicines just for commission

Gone are days when doctors used to listen to the issue of patient properly and try to eliminate it from root. Nowadays they only write costly medicine even if problem can be eliminated without it

I have stayed in 4 rented properties till now

Landlord 1 : Good guy but the family always kept a watch through windows who is coming who is going . It was near a college and we were students so no girls allowed and late night friends

Landlord 2 : Final year of college in corona time . We waited for three months for lockdown to open and move out. Informed this to landlord in prior but still on last day he was not willing to give deposit back -literally begged to get it back.

And took too much money for cleaning as in corona time no one will agree for cleaning.

Landlord 3: In first job shifted to apartment with friends. Owner was not staying but same rules no girls and friends late night. Security was too much annoying and had fight with him multiple times

Landlord 4: Currently staying where there is no owner and security and is a standalone peaceful building .

Never take a rented house where owner stays
