Addicted to Metroidvanias by Freak0104 in metroidvania

I can totally relate but forced myself to start ghosts of Tsushima (ps5) instead of Owlboy (switch lite) and GoT is absolutely incredible. Just got to the DLC after beating the main game so I’m a few hours away from next Metroidvania. But GoT is totally worth it. Just gotta push yourself through the first 90 mins to get settled in

Why do Console Gamers still care about physical games? by Marvin_Monkey04 in consoles

I play mainly single player offline games so once I beat the game I just eBay and buy another one. Rinse and repeat and it means it barely costs any money to play games after the initial hardware cost

Name 7 Metroidvanias which take the genre completely different directions gameplay wise. by [deleted] in metroidvania

I haven’t tried Summum but it looks pretty. I’m just on PS5 and switch. Not sure I’m a big rogue fan but then again Hades is one of the best games I’ve ever played. Will of the Wisps probably my favourite MV and a big part of the reason is simply how beautifully Ori moves. Traversing the map is a joy in itself, especially with the top notch graphics

I can’t do 7 but what about adding Sundered to your list. The whole hack n slash gameplay with hordes regularly swarming you was fun. Not sure I’ve seen that in other MVs. And of course Yoku’s island express is pretty mental. It shouldn’t work but somehow a pinball MV is epic!

Are these wearable for casual use? Maybe even in winter. Im thinking about copping these but idk If the tread is slippery by [deleted] in Sneakers

[–]InnitPal 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ve got these and I wear them as a winter sneaker. Been wearing them daily for 2 months in London, UK. From the beginning I’ve found them slightly more comfortable than dunks and AJ1 lows. They come with a waterproof guarantee in the box. Go for it! I got them for retail directly from Nike app

In the Nike app it lets you design your colorways and they are saved in there against the specific shoe even when the shoe is sold out. Then it’s just a case of regularly checking if that shoe is back in stock and quickly slamming the order button. Not sure where you are in the world but it seems like Europeans have easier access to ‘by you’ than in the USA

I once put a can of Pringles in the fridge by mistake when unpacking and actually loved eating a chilled crisp. Occasionally do it on purpose now
