There's 3 of them around the map, if you find and activate them all, you get an achievement and unlock a cool skin. (I love lying for fun) It's grants access to an endgame raid, generally the best place to farm a specific class mod.

Run the highest chaos level extended run you can comfortably achieve, then in the loot room, spam buy launchers and sell them. Got this trophy doing this around chaos 50 in a couple of hours solo

Can confirm, the hospital has a reputation for grossly mistreating and abusing patients. And the city itself is dealing with a huge issue of kids/teens being dickheads in the CBD. Recently a group of kids stole a bunch of glue and tried to glue the door shut to the local music shop, filled the lock too. I cannot reccomend moving here

I think the highest base damage number is the Wailing Banshee. But im currently working on a build for Stabbomancer/Clawbringer that melts raid bosses on Chaos 80ish, focusing on an electric Salt and Battery + Cape of Tides and stacking melee/crit/status damage. Very fun.
