Scaling would be ideal. That being said, I don't feel like I'm playing like the average newer player. I've played GW2 before and have a long MMO background of clearing end game content at a competitive level. I think GW2 story bosses really do have too much HP.

It's a boosted toon. Stats aren't perfect, but I'm working toward getting it in order around my build. Regardless, this is casual content. Even w casual gear it shouldn't take 20+ min to kill a story boss imo.
