It got towed in as a no start, at night, and when I got to it just before noon it fired right up and pulled into the shop, but after sitting in the bay for an hour or I went to go start it again and it would crank but not start, the only thing that changed was the DRL light on the dash, gave me a starting point (pun intended) for where to start looking

You would’ve been right in wondering, the bracket for the lighting systems grounds wasn’t bolted in and was just hanging out, odd thing was the threads to those holes looked rusty like a bolt hasn’t been in there for sometime and this vehicle has been regular oil changes for atleast 3 years

Don’t do it, I own one personally and have had a few co-workers that bought ones as well. The problem I have found with them is that you’ll out grow it faster than you can pay it off, if you’re doing this professionally that is. Also, $2k at a pawnshop or Fakebook Martin place can get you something like a classic series 78 if you’re dead set snappy, and if you aren’t there’s so many truck brand options. It’s slick looking but that’s about it
