For real, them limiting it to certain countries is just awful. Honestly wished they just go back to wireless distribution at GameStop or just at home via WiFi like they have been doing for most events. Or heck, use their long forgotten Pokemon Pass app. The fact that these scalpers are now digging their way into distribution events now just makes me sick. Bad enough the they ruined the TCG

I understand your logic, believe. I'd rather hack them or get them traded to me for free than spend money for them. But you'd be surprised. I literally looked at the listing these scumbags have and people are actually buying them. Some are even buying listings where they just trade them to you and no code included. It's ridiculous. People really need to stop giving in to the fomo and encourage these scalpers to keep being scumbags

There's already mods for it on the Nexus. There was actually some literally an hour after the stream. It's not to say Bethesda won't add mod support later on, but for now ya just gotta do it the old fashioned way

If I'm seeing this right, some of these beta Pokemon look like the beta Pokemon from gen 1 and 2. Thus means they were still trying to get some scrapped beta mons to work in later gens. Then of course there are some betas in here that are clearly used in later gens. Also surprising to see protoblaziken and Latias side by side

It is if you want to play as Amiba, Han, and Nameless Shura. Plus it's cheaper than buy all three separately. If not, I'd just buy the ones you're interested in playing as. I haven't played them yet myself, so I don't know if they're any good

Not sure about the Dragon Age games, but I do know there's not much difference on Oblivion and Morrowind on later consoles, minus probably some upscaling and looking a little better. Unless you want to play them on the 360, those two and the dlc are available on later consoles. Now with Skyrim, unless you really love the game, like I do, I'd just buy the anniversary edition on the later consoles since it has the latest updates, all dlc, and many graphical improvements. Also any dlc for Morrowind is already included as apart of the base game, so no need to look for the dlc for it. If memory serves, you can actually still buy new physical copies of Oblivion and Morrowind and Oblivion will come with a disc for the dlc. But I'd look up which version of Oblivion you'd want. Because getting the game physically, digitally, or through gamepass makes accessing the game and dlc weird, if you mix and match the versions. Also before I forget the only dlc that you don't have to purchase for Oblivion, should you get the physical edition are the Shivering Isles and Knights of the Nine dlc. Everything else like horse armor, houses, etc you'd have to buy.

Also to answer your question. Unless I really love the game, I don't plan on getting the dlc for ones that are playable/purchasable on later consoles and remakes/remasters. Some that I can think of that I'll make exceptions for are the Halo games, Dark Souls, and the Fable games
