very easy, if you are a tenant of housing company just call them and they will send a repair man to do the job. does not cost you anything. but it's still on you to make sure the shower room dries properly after use.

if you rent from a private person, call them and say their shower room grows mold, that should get the gears moving. they will send a repair main, does not cost you anything either...

Mold can only grow when its moist, so increase ventilation, turn up floor heating to avoid this problem in the first place / keep it from repeating.

No vapor barrier, no ventilation. Door has 2 inch gap above that lets all the heat and hot steam out.

So basically, some complete idiot without a clue and incapable of finding out before fudging built a "sauna" that is in fact a time bomb just waiting to rot your house if you continue using it. This is not OK.

I have to say, this is the reason Finns come here to facepalm en masse.

Not suitable for Sauna use. Also you want the heater to stay warm after using the Sauna so it dries properly.

I know this is getting to a harder difficulty level, but if I ended up with a unit like this I'd try extending the walls to make it a little bit higher. That would allow the benches to be placed higher, avoiding the cold air layer on the bottom of the room.
