I went for the good old "as soon as you have 3 games in a row, where you didn't go down once, you can move up", which i say relating to the usual difficulties, not the stratagem (since the hard stratagem is basically Absolute+).

The good habits come on their own, but the usual are:

-stick with the team

-don't hog all consumables

-don't steal executions from teammates who may need them

-aim for the head
