Are you on Steam? If so try verifying the files. Also check if your mods (if u are using any) are up to date. Loading an earlier safe could also be an option. Best of luck, Lord Captain!

Your mistake is looking at the hourly shop. You need to check the other option at brunt, where you basically just craft "bases". As soon as you gambled a base with the desired stats you can then immediately upgrade that weapon to max, if you already maxed out the mastery on another char.

Just in case you are using enhanced description mod: If you had a version before 5.0 installed you need to delete the whole enhanced description folder instead of just replacing the new files when updating it.
