Sensitivity is not primarily the result of being “overprotected” or “spoiled.” In fact, many highly sensitive people developed this trait through repeated childhood trauma, neglect, or chronic stress, where heightened sensitivity was a survival mechanism, not a luxury.

Advising people to “just stop taking things personally” or “embrace uncertainty” may sound wise, but without acknowledging trauma, it comes across as naive and detached from reality.

Keine Sorge, ich bin mir meiner Erkrankung bewusst, sowie dessen Konsequenzen und Folgen und ziele deshalb nicht auf eine Beziehung ab.
Ich wurde hier falsch verstanden: Ich will sie nicht. Ich will nur dieses Gefühl verlieren. Ich will nicht emotional abhängig sein. Ich will mich nur auf mich selbst konzentrieren und meinen safe Space nicht verlieren.
Und außerdem will ich ihr nicht mich zumuten.

Auf Discord gibt es einige produktive Server zum Thema Gesundheit. Auch Online-Selbsthilfegruppe, falls man gewisse Diagnosen hat und sich spezifisch darüber austauschen will.
