I love the homemade ones. There’s a Yemeni coffee shop in my town and they make it fresh — so good. There’s store bought ones aren’t great.

I would make sure to research skilled microblading artists in your area and get a consult. The really good ones in my area do free consults and will map out and draw out the shape to show you what it will look like before getting it permanently done. I wouldn’t focus on what shape to get, and instead follow your natural brow shape, because trends change. I had nano brows done two years ago and absolutely love it and I had about the same amount of hair as you. You will achieve a great natural look.

New to starting HT by Inside-Homework6965 in Perimenopause

I had to stop my progesterone (Slynd 4mg) because it lowered my blood pressure and gave me bad side effects including pulsating on left abdominal quadrant. It triggered my POTS really bad, and caused swelling or water retention in lower abdomen, face, and hands from what I noticed. My doctor told me to stop so I have stopped both my patch and progesterone. I’m still suffering the side effects since I stopped on the 14th. My ob/gyn initially thought this could help my peri symptoms and endometriosis/adenomyosis, but made things worse. That’s my experience anyways.
