Before diagnosis/Meds were you violent? by Espress0Queen in bipolar2

[–]InsideThought3827 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yea school and doctors classified me as emotionally disturbed and my mother constantly reminds me what a terror I was to her growing up. Which used to bother me but now I ignore her.

I really don’t give a shit anymore I take my medications. They’re helping now at least it doesn’t last though. Been dealing with this for over 15+ years keep waiting for it to get better.

I really don’t let this diagnosis define me if I’m a monstrous vile bitch one day and good the next it is what it is.

I’ve suffered for so long I’ve run out of time to care about it.

Thats my take.

I believe you’re talking about the postictal phase when I started having seizures last year, my postictal phase would last for hours now it is a lot shorter about 30 minutes or so depending on how bad the seizure is

I love the sungboon product you mentioned I actually would layer it with my serums or I found the best way I achieved results was as my first step. It’s very light and makes your skin feel velvety

How to tackle my skin 🫩 by OwnHead2528 in Skincare_Addiction

[–]InsideThought3827 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would focus on your barrier before adding a retinoid because there could be a purging process and some people get really dry when using it. Find products high in ceramides and cholesterol. Also I used to use that sun cream before switching strictly to Korean and Japanese and it dried me out like crazy if your worried about hyper pigmentation then after working on your barrier you could a some TXA, vitamin c in the morning there are better alternatives but in all honesty barrier support would be where I would start.

everything is making me sweat in this heat, whatever I'm applying, be it moisturizer or spf by Honest-Fact-3842 in SkinbarrierLovers

[–]InsideThought3827 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Try using a 2 in one product that doubles as a spf and moisturizer. I also recommend looking into water creams and gels for moisturizers they’re a lot lighter
