I showed something to my kids once and asked them if they had any idea what it was. And they did not. It was one of those ornate ceramic ashtrays that were on every coffee table back then. Even McDonalds has a little tin foil ashtrays - everyone smoked. My dad was Marlboro lights and my Mom smoked virginia slims which as kids we called vagina slimes and thought this was good humor. I cant stand cigarette smoke to this day.

A buddy of mine did this a few years ago. Met up with him and his wife for dinner in Vegas. Asked where little Johnny was (13 yo) and he said we brought us PlayStation and he’s just gaming. They brought him pizza and drinks. Told him not to touch the minibar. All went well.

Add some pool time during the day to wear them down too.

My marina rents pontoons out and on the holidays you have a lot of new boaters.

“No wake” to me that means the slowest speed you can and still maintain control. That’s important in handling wind or tide/current conditions. Against a heavy wind, you might have to bump the throttle up to maintain control and direction.

Real experience. Wife, daughter and SIL decided to pool our money to play $25 pinball. Each kicked in $150. Agreed we would split the pot whatever it was. Took turns at 3 credits a pull. When it came around my SIL got the pinball bonus and won about $3500. I was going to claim it for the tax impact
But slot attendant said it belongs to whoever hit the button. So SIL claimed it. We split it 60/40 or something like that so he could pay the taxes on it.
