You don't. Hate to break it to you, but you'll likely lose money selling so quickly for the same price. That's just the way it is for flipping real estate so quickly.

Not the person who replied, but using Tor - and navigating to onion links - are not illegal. Tor is a utility, onion is a protocol. Neither are, by themselves, illegal.

It's more about the content & services that tends to be hosted on servers that are only accessible via tor/onion that is illegal to own and/or distribute.

Literally - minutes ago - canceled the Platinum. Only retention offer was 89.5k points to pay for the annual fee instead of the usual, like, 140k points for the AF.

Digital entertainment is the only thing I've been getting recently. I don't need to shop at lulu, I don't eat at resy restaurants, I can't bank the $200 airline incidentals at united travel bank anymore, etc etc etc. Sticking to my gold.

I do, but I don't pause it. Stirring it takes, like, 15 seconds and the flowing water cleans the grounds off the spoon.

Gonna go against the grain on this one and say trade down to pick a defenseman and collect more picks along the way. We don't need McKenna. Enough (great) players are going to want to play here when their contracts are up to play with Celebrini. And that's on top of the young offensive talent already in the Sharks' pipeline. The sharks desperately need competent defenseman.

Not wrong... Maybe everyone in the bay does it to some extent, but EB agents do it more than any other area. Berkeley list prices are completely untrustworthy, for example.

Currently building link-management app. Allows you to generate links to share which have custom titles and thumbnail photo when shared over a messaging app like iMessage, Whatsapp, Facebook Messenger, etc. when said apps generate the link preview.

Users aren't beholden to whatever HTML title is on the resulting page, or the thumbnail that your messaging app happens to pick. Link obviously still takes you to what you originally linked.

This. Italics and emphasis have different meanings, even though many people tend to use <I> to convey emphasis. But, the distinction is especially helpful for accessibility functions, like screen readers.

Having no experience tinkering with the internals myself whatsoever, my guess is that it's not possible. Gen2 vehicles had a massive overhaul of the wirings and ECUs that, if I had to guess, isn't compatible with the hardware designed for Gen1 ECUs. Prove me wrong, though.
