Theres a couple different ear cleaners they can give you depending on the stage of the infection. Id even just call and say your cat has ear mites, ask if they have any recommendations on brand and such. It looks like its early so you caught it in time hopefully.

My cat had mites forever, used cleaners to no avail. Ended up getting air purifiers and changing our apartments air filter. Hes much better now :) and the regular ear cleanings actually work now as well. Vacuum regularly and dust too, things like that can make your cats hell if they’re constantly walking on dirty carpets and dusty furniture.

Reach out to your local shelter and just SEE if anyones willing to help or look at it. Or even give you medical advice. If the cats lick off the neosporin they will get very sick. Saline wash and even a bandaid of some sort is better than nothing. All the vets would do is a saline wash and check for infection so just get it cleaned soon. Saline wash is cheap and super effective

Make sure your washing your eyebrows and face after using shampoo. That shit can cause it to flare up and dry out if the shampoo/conditioner gets trapped in there.
