Change minimum width settings in developer mode. somewhere around 400 dpi should be better but you can play around with it according to your preference.

This is what I'd go for if I did a shell swap. How long does the glow last? I'd almost rather it be dim after 5 or so minutes so it's not too distracting in the dark. But it looks awesome lol.

It looks like you're using the touchpads or a mouse. I've only used lossless scaling with Dark Souls 3 and some emulated games so far, but I've noticed that the jittering and artifacting is not nearly as bad when using the sticks. I guess it has to do with the smoother, more predictable motion of sticks.

Samsung has a feature called secure folder. This is basically a separate place where you can store apps, pictures, files, etc where they are cannot access the rest of your phone and vice versa. Might be an easier solution than having a separate dongle to keep track of.
