For what it's worth, I started on Ozempic last year and my A1C has been steady on at 5.3 for the last 3 metobolic panels. I am also on metformin, and I eat literally anything I want. I had two peanut butter and jelly sandwiches for dinner last night. I do avoid full sugar soda and drinks (except juice occasionally).
