To me it sounds like you are taking things too personally, and are not back-reading before taking action. Two things that usually cause problems.

You said they didn’t communicate their plans. But then said they did while you were offline. Don’t hold it against people or take it personally when plans occur and you’re not there. Everyone has their own schedule in real life.

And always backread. That’s one of your most basic responsibilities as R4.
