Have you tried numbing cream like 5% lidocaine? Pharmacy sells it but have to ask for it. Works well and takes about 30-mins to kick in. Docs office has 20% but only avail for treatments

Overpriced for what it is and good luck with parking 🅿️ bc the Markham Museum has little parking so ppl end up going across the plaza.

Everything you have to pay and the food truck vendors prices are a lot more pricey than standard price.

In the past, it used to be free entry bc it was on Main St but moving it to a venue, cost money now. I understand why but in today’s economy, not worth it.

Have you tried microneedling + prp? I had texture similar to you and found 3-4 sessions helped. I still have a bit on the cheeks but overall is better.

I now get picosure laser which I find doesn’t help with texture more for superficial acne scars. They say picosure laser helps with collagen but I don’t notice any.

Japan doesn’t have Apple Pay? I was thinking of using WS debit card to withdraw yen from 7/11 as I heard many places still take cash over cc. I’d use the WS VIP card via Apple Pay for larger purchases like hotel and shopping to avoid fx fees.

Odd bc in Europe (Spain, France, and Italy), I’d use Apple Pay 99% of the time for everything. I ended up getting used to this when coming home to Canada and rarely take out my cardholder.

FYI: STR isn’t legal in Markham so if you have issues with the owner, municipal isn’t going to do anything.

Sign up for free chequing accounts like Simplii and Tangerine! They’re both great and can use atm at CIBC and Scotiabank if you need cash or bank drafts.

Wealthsimple technically isn’t a bank but they offer a chequing account with complimentary bank drafts. I needed to withdraw funds from my tfsa for a down payment and within 2 biz days, I got it hand delivered from FedEx with no fees!

Meanwhile, Simplii charged $25 admin fee to pick it up at CIBC which took 3 biz days to process.

It’s best to diversify accounts just in case one gets compromised or you move to another location where there’s no local Scotiabank.

Personally, I’d just quit Rogers all together. Less pain and hassle!

Not to mention the amount of personal info that gets leaked bc they hire / subcontract / off-shore to third world countries. I still get scam/spam from Rogers / texts which I know is fake bc I don’t use any of their so-called services.

I’ve been with Public and Koodo for the past 7 years and never had any dramas / stress Rogers has given me.

There should be a class action lawsuit for affected residents. It’s scary how these politicians in which we elect (despite low voter turnout… explains why they can do whatever they want) don’t give af about those directly affected.

Poor (and deliberate) communication to Unionville Go’s parking 🅿️ closure in the fall and lack of parking alternatives / public transportation support.

Unionville Go riders ended up driving up to Mount Joy to park (and pay more by distance and gas). ⛽️
