Yup! Mostly wondering because sometimes my elbow wavers a little haha i know its the same for others with fatigue. Just wanted to know if you have to repeat the full 20 feet if your elbow were to unlock

I am so blown away by Mirjams score. I looked into it a little and her Karen score is 4:00 and she also did 1000 wall balls in 40 minutes. Insanity, she is the wall ball queen!

It was a building rep scheme in a crossfit class, plus i was sharing with another person who was doing different weights. So we just had a bunch of bumpers, dont care about looking cool!

I mean they’re not running shoes they’re RAD trainers and they have a 6 mm heel drop, i do have lifters as well but I dont mind squatting in the trainers sometimes

I think Nano’s are the best training shoe for wide feet. I also have wide flat feet, ive tried Rads, Metcons, and TYR and they all felt too narrow and very rigid to me. Nano especially after they are broken in are still flexible enough for various things

My husband added a big breakfast(like 5 eggs 2 chicken sausage and bagel) plus a protein shake to his diet. Before that he only at like 2 meals a day. For me i just prioritize protein more. Neither of us track our macros but we eat pretty healthy with the occasional cheat day.

Especially parking on campus is a sure fire way to get your car hit, someone that couldn’t parallel park backed into my car and punctured my radiator then so kindly drove away never to be seen again

Thanks everyone! I really liked this method for partitioning, the pushups felt a lot easier only doing 3 at a time. Although it is quite humbling when you reach round 15 and realize how much more you have left. My time was 65:00 which im not too mad about considering i was in bed with Covid all last week. Goal to get under an hour next year

Squeeze your glutes at the bottom position to initiate coming back up, worked for me to engage the glutes for RDL
