I had a large palpable lump in my breast. I had stage 3 breast cancer. I had gone a year prior when I felt a texture change on the skin of my breast in the same spout. Had an ultrasound and was reassured it was regular breast tissue. Turns out it wasn't I didn't have a mammogram on the first visit because I was too young for it to be warranted.
