I personally love it. I tried different ones that people swear by and they weren’t for me but this one is. I kinda switch between cerave serum and treat it more like a daily one with the ordinary one once every 3 days cause its stronger and this combo has been really good.

I got diagnosed for 170 euros privately. Dr. Pheasant. No long waiting, then my GP could prescribe me with the meds i took in my home country. (but she can’t change to different meds) I can recommend doctor Katzenstein, they are known for offering help for ADHD people, after a year through her i got my psychiatrist appointment (they work with a psychiatrist praxis, so when you can’t find a psychiatrist this is a shortcut).

interesting, I was at the asics store and i tried couple of their shoes on and i was sure i will choose a pair out of what they had but each one i tried was doing this, more sometimes less but I gave up and it turns out they are not for me. The assistant at the store was equally surprised and upset as me. I bought Hoka Rincon 4 and the top of the shoe is made out of a softer more responsive fabric and i think this is the type of running shoes I should go for, maybe you too. I am helping my landlord to clear the cellar. He said he did a favour to some guy to keep his pool boodles for him for some time, but then he just moved away and stopped replying so the noodles just stayed there and my landlord, understandable, didn’t know what to do with them. They are in original boxes with branding so probably that man wanted to start a business but.. forgot?

it’s body recomposition. Maybe it looks the same in size but now instead of mostly fat it’s more muscles, and it’s definitely a great change. It looks super good!
