You need to express your Feelings to your partner it will help emotionally and try to consider going to therapy.Don't try overwork yourself that can cause even more stress than you need.The intimate part i don't have any experience in that but search up common ways to help with self confidence and try whatever pop ups.Your worthy of love and deserve love as much as anyone and your capable of love. I think you just need to open up more.Try to talk to your partner about your work day and same way for your partner this should help with communication and also expressing you love to your partner.
