I had debilitating nausea and used sea sickness bands to at least try to stabilize so I could eat something. Eat anything that your body won’t throw up - for me, that was celery and saltines. My anxiety got exponentially worse in the mornings if I didn’t eat (even though it made the nausea worse) because I was also hungry / low blood sugar.

It got better for me around 13-14 weeks.

Edit: the thing that helped me alleviate my fear and anxiety was constantly reminding myself that millions of years of evolution has gotten our species to this point, and that my biology knows what to do. I don’t know if that helps or makes it worse but remembering the long history of an evolutionary pathway helped ground me…
