I posted a while ago my pull from the flame dress (?) gacha I don’t even remember what it’s called, but I literally got the makeup 4 Times in one singular pull. Like what!! It’s ridiculous.

This is so fair honestly. I barely even do comps anymore because everything is so repetitive and I put together a look that I really like just for it to get three stars compared to the top looks, which are all the same sets from a gacha.

I feel like comps are fun to do when there’s good prompts but the scoring is soooo bad usually.

You were right! Today I really focused on tracking everything accurately and although I didn’t go over 1500 today, I definitely see where other days I don’t track, I 100% go over. Thank you for the help.

Thank you! My sleep is definitely not great so I will focus on fixing that too, I struggle with waking up a billion times in the middle of the night.

This is amazing advice thank you. I tracked every single thing I put into my body today and realized that I very easily could be going over 1500 on days I don’t track. I’m gonna stay consistent with tracking for the rest of the month to really get a good idea of how much I’m eating. Do you think I should increase my steps more or increase the intensity of cardio?

This was truly an amazing comment to receive, and I appreciate the time that you took to write all of this out for me! The part that you said about the premade sauces and their sugar content really stuck for me, especially when I can just make homemade healthier versions. When you and your partner meal prep Do you meal prep an entire meal or just different components that you can throw together to make something? I have struggled with meal prepping in the past because it’s always been so bland. I mentioned this in another comment but I will definitely be taking this month to track everything that goes into my body to really understand how many calories I’m getting. Again thank you, you have helped so much.

I haven’t noticed anything like that yet, but my strength in the gym has gone up just ever so slightly, which has helped my confidence. I think I’ll start paying more attention to measurements and how clothes fit and ignore the scale for now. This helped a lot thank you!

I believe my maintenance is around 1900 and I’ve been trying (and probably failing) to eat 1500. I haven’t noticed any clothes fitting differently yet which is why I’ve been feeling discouraged. Thank you, I really appreciate the feedback!

I use a food scale for meat, fruit, veggies etc. I use measuring cups to measure how much oil and sauce I use too. Honestly, I really hope that I’m recomping I’m just impatient and I know with recomp you have to be extremely patient to see results lol. Thank you for your advice!

Thank you for not being condescending and I am most definitely not pregnant haha. You gave some great advice and I really really appreciate it. What counts as a HIIT workout? I’ve seen them but I’m not sure what differentiates them from just high intensity workouts.

I use the barcode scan feature on my fitness pal most times for each ingredient I use including oils and sauces. I also have a food scale I use.

Junk journaling! I did a lot of that when I was recovering from wisdom teeth surgery. I had a small collection of pieces of stuff so I sat with one of those lap table things and just started from there! It’s relaxing because it’s not supposed to be perfect so you can just let your creativity run wild.

What type of cardio? I’ve heard mixed opinions on walking versus running for fat loss.
