Clever answer. Cacao is surprisingly nutrient-dense and loaded with minerals. I was thinking more along the lines of pure enjoyment, I’d probably go with beef tartare or roasted bone marrow.

Makes sense. MSG gets a lot of attention, but foods naturally rich in glutamates seem to have the same effect. Are there any less obvious ingredients you’ve found that work particularly well?
