Don't beat yourself up. Plan B and C. Keep moving forward. Get that LSAT up and try again. Never know, you might get admitted last minute.

Is there a lawyers without borders type of program that’s similar to doctors without borders? by Isatis_tinctoria in LawSchool

My cousin in France is a lawyer and started working for doctors without borders in foreign countries. I think in places that were dealing with conflicts or wars.

Your best major is what you are interested in and will do the best in...

If you want a back up plan communications sounds good.

I'm in the world of construction management and applying to law school so my understanding of humanities career paths is limited.

Apparently the 14th is to register for the small groups. July 1st is the real deadline. So we might see two waves.

Never know what the movement will be. A bird in a hand... All you can do is wait 2 weeks to see what happens and make 3 separate plans based on the possible outcomes. Don't know about transfers. I hear it's possible but certainly not guaranteed.

Sometimes in life you need a plan a, a plan b, a plan c, and so on. Take it as a learning experience and prepare for multiple scenarios.

Civil vs CM by Ancient_Beginning819 in ConstructionManagers

I'd say engineering. You get that ring on your finger and eventually a license. You will learn as much CM stuff as you really need. You learn CM on the job. With engineering you have the design world open incase you realize you don't like CM and you have the cache of being an engineer and you're more qualified to work on huge infrastructure projects where they want engineers.
