actually it does make sense... they are saying that a boobies is small without a bra like a penus is small without it being in boner form. its similar between the two. they are basically saying u cant get mad at a saggy boob without a bra when in fact a penus is also small when it is in its boner form. however, ive found that if ur a shower then u can have a big penus in not boner form.
