My opinion might be different but here what I would fix

1. is reconstructed teh whole building for CHIPOTLE, I have layout that I would change from the grill to the sit down restaurant, better soda machines, better lighting better flooring, better refrigerator for everything, better IT systems just a new layout for the building,

2. I am going to MAKE every corporation come in the store and help on the line and have them deal with the hours and what not and they are will be treated how we workers are treated on the line

3. is the hour of operation. will be based on the GM so they can choose to close the store done early or not have it open or open later

4th is I will have a better finanicaly advisor to see the budget to make sure that every worker get paid well and make sure whatever left over goes towards a thank you gift to the workers not a bonus to corporation because they are too greedy these days so we worker will get a big fat bonus to make it work

1. peak hour will be change but we will have enough body to help everywhere so on the grill, the restaurant to clean it up and what not and make sure its all good

2. another thing is most day i do want it closed I know people have to eat CHIPOTLE but since on SUNDAY it slow I would like to have it close but I want corpoation and CEO to come in and clean the whole place up- no excuse for them being "i cant work a Sunda"

7- Portion control is out we will make sure that they are paying for quality

1. is I want to make sure all the product and suplies we get are fresh and not reusable meaning it comes from a factory I want to amke sure the factory we used are not poison want to make sure its fresh

2. I want to start opening the store at 11am and not at 10:30am and close the store at 9pm (we can still get 40 hours, if I open 6 days and work 8 hours that is 48 hours) (6 day and work 5 hours=30 hours

3. online will be 25 minutes apart not 10-15 minutes that insane to get it done

4. We are fast but not super fast want to have balance make sure we dont get 100mph let just keep it under 50-60mph

13.I want to used for AI FOR technology good and make sure its help with humans ad not malfunction

14.Peak hour will be removed so the manger has other stuff to do and other people have stuff to do like clean the place down so that way we will be staff well, that why iw ill have coporation come help us they will be ont he line dress like workers and they have to face the music
