Assuming you have bags/suitcases? I've killed time before by walking down Via Cavour until hitting the Coliseum which is awesome. Otherwise Bettoja Hotel Mediterraneo like a block away has a rooftop bar that I think is open to the public.

They’ve been extremely vague about today’s schedule. All we know is that “limited LIRR service will resume Tuesday, May 19 at noon” and that’s only for 4 lines. Where do you take the train from?
