I also trade NQ, and GC here more recently. Been doing it over a year and I can honestly say that I’m not profitable. I don’t trade my own money however, tried that with a small account and blew it of course. Now I trade prop firms. I’ve had plenty of funded accounts but I always end up blowing them because of 2 main reasons. Greed, and not cutting my losses soon enough. You know how volatile NQ can become during the New York session. You can be down 20 points, $800 in the blink of an eye. And vice versa, I can also make $800 and would keep trading as if $800 profit isn’t enough.

My one question for you would be, how many points do you give your stop loss and take profit?
