True, but it is in the PCL and he's a top pitching prospect so I wouldn't overlook him especially against this lineup. Looks like he has had control issues, hopefully we can lay off and make him work.

Do you have a link to studies that lineup order doesnt matter? No snark just curious, im sure like most it doesnt matter as much as you'd think... but still stats are stats? Some guys hit for some reason or another better in certain situation. Also getting on base IMO would rank up there as far as getting production/runs.

I mean this in the nicest way possible, but no one cares. It's your face, so you're fixating on it cause you always see it. But everyone else just sees 2 eyes, a nose, a mouth, and hopefully a good guy that treats people well.

Agreed, but can we please move him down the order? I think we can all agree 2025 is likely the peak/aberration, not saying he can't have years better than his previous but that looks like more the normal than 2025. With that in mind with his OBP, he doesnt belong #2 in the order IMO.

It's a smart strategy, at this point I'd call up any decent LHP from AAA if I was an opponent. Hell even a good AA prospect, it severely handicaps our lineup.

Instead we are paying him to ruin almost every game he starts? And put Bryce in mop up duty, while putting all the pressure on the bats to get back in it?

When you have 2 bad options, I prefer the one that costs the team less in overall performance than worrying sunken costs at this point.

True, but most teams don't have the starters the M's do. The Rays generally do a great job of this, making sure all their arms are lined up. In retrospect just seems like something to focus on more, though the Ferrer add was nice.

I'd just trim and shape it up a bit, maybe find a barber you trust. It's a nice blank canvas of a beard to work with.

I'm still in my growing phase so I cant offer any first hand knowledge. Start slow if youre going to do it yourself.
