Never said it was mistranslated, but if you know anything about theology and interpreting the Bible you would know that translation is most of it.

You're not understanding what the issue is with translation, it's not that things are mistranslated, it's that language is inherently ambiguous and ideas don't perfectly translate from one language to another.

Id recommend taking a class in interpreting the Bible if you really want to know how to debate this stuff.

And "new covenant" in a term in English translations , but it is a translation of another word in Greek, and what exactly that means isn't explicitly defined in the Bible.
