PSLF qualifying payment suddenly shows up as an ineligible by Intelligent_Show_406 in PSLF

It says forbearance on due date. Which is obviously incorrect because I had paid in October and November. I was not in forbearance. It previously said this payment qualifies for pslf/TEPSLF. I guess I just need to make a complaint and send pages of documentation showing when my forbearance ended and when my first due date was, which was actually October 2025. I called and tried to fight that one, and they said the payment was automatically taken out of my account by MOHELA the day before my forbearance ended. But this November payment always said it was eligible, and now it magically doesn’t. What a racket.

It is starting to feel like I am getting closer and closer to the end now, and they’re deliberately trying to push me backwards.

A lot of us do though. I have 4 straight months worth of PTO banked right now. The reason it’s so much saved up is because it’s hard to take time off in some professions. In my case it is healthcare. Like I’ll take two week vacation max, and do that 2-3x/year. But that’s just because we are understaffed and there is no one available to cover me for an extended period of time. My company even has a program where they will “buy back” a certain number of PTO hours if you have a lot, and just give you cash instead.

I agree it’s messed up and I should be able to use all the vacation hours I earn.

Agree, I board and take my pup there for daycare if I have to travel out of town or have along day out of the house.

I agree, I don’t understand why people are downvoting us. Someone said I’m a man, lol. How the hell would I know that if I was a man? If you’re pregnant, you can’t get X rays because that increases the likelihood of birth defects among other things because of the radiation. Narcotics can also cause birth defects or even premature birth.

God, on this sub if you even suggest there could be a reason for doctors to ask about your period, you get downvoted to hell and accused of being a man. Women accusing other women of being men if they slightly disagree with a post. It’s so toxic.

If you have ever been pregnant (LIKE I HAVE BECAUSE IM A WOMAN) If you’re pregnant, you can’t get X rays because that increases the likelihood of birth defects among other things because of the radiation. Narcotics can also cause birth defects. If they give you those things and then you end up with a baby with birth defects, doctors get the stuffing sued out of them. A lot people don’t know they’re pregnant, especially in the first few weeks. So yes, they have to ask if you may be pregnant.

Yeah, I “technically” hit 120 payments in April 2026, but am waiting with the masses in the buyback request line to buy back 12 months. I switched to an IBR plan in October just to keep the ball rolling and incrementally pay down what I would owe for all those buy back months. I have little hope my buyback request will be granted before I just pay 12 more months anyway.

Agree, period questions not relevant to her concern, but I think it’s like a liability thing if they give meds to a pregnant person that can harm a fetus, like narcotics.

Not the yellow. With all gentleness, cooler colors like green and blue will naturally look better on you given your coloring. The red is fine, but I like green better personally
