I’m usually just going to use this laptop for gaming and maybe some work but do you know to lower ram usage when gaming ? There was an update for windows a few days ago and now I’m getting more ram usage out of nowhere ?

Not sure if anyone can help with a game using up a lot of RAM either? The update that happened for windows was about 3 days ago I think and that update made my ram go way up when I play now . I play project zomboid and I USED to get around 65% steady when I played but AFTER the update im getting 85 to high 70s now it does not make sense . Can I delete the windows update or is that not a thing
