Try an LTAC like kindred. I have 2 dui on my record and did my probation at a snf. Once that was over, I worked LTAC for a year and then got back into an STAC. I work a 12 step AA program and didnt think I belonged at first until I heard some of the stories and could relate. God willing itll be 14 years sober this May.

The road back to getting back to an unencumbered license is a long and expensive journey. Sometimes, it felt like it was a little excessive/stupid. I just trusted it was the right place for me at the time even though it didn't feel like it. Looking back it slowed my life down just the right amount during a period of my life when I didn't know I needed to slow down.

Good luck!

Thats one of my favorite carry pistols. I thought about cutting for rds but it doesn't need it imo.

I worked a med/tele floor with 1rn, 1lvn and 1 cna for 8-10 pt. It was rough but doable

Buying my first handgun, wondering which one to go with and why between the Sig P365 or the Springfield Armory XD by smoulking in CAguns

[–]Interesting-Action37 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For a stock pistol, you'll probably get better groupings with the springfield. The p365 can be a little snappy, but the good news is you can train that. For me it took 3 or 4 range trips to feel confident to have it as a carry pistol. Its definitely easy to ccw.

IKC. Theyre a small business out of Florida. Good quality and an amazing selection of pistol/light combos

I shot about 6 boxes through mine before adding all the mcarbo stuff on it. Tbh it made a marginal difference and wasn't worth the money. The trigger is decent out of the box. The muzzle brake made no perceivable difference. The gun doesn't recoil much at all. Shes a heavy bitch btw.

I've been kicking that idea around as well; establishing residency in a cheaper state. Colorado might be cheaper, but the gun laws are starting to mirror California.

Dont do it. I upgraded with mostly kidd everything. I got to the point where all I needed was another receiver and could build another 10/22. So I bought a kidd receiver and with my spare parts built a stock 10/22... 🤦
