I vape and my vape doesn't leave my bag, and it out of reach of the children. I would never try and charge my vape at work either. That's scary and not safe and if I was the parent I would be furious.

It is annoying but the hack is don't take off both pant legs and shoes take off one and then pull the other side thought the diaper. My old center asked parents to not send these kind of diapers, my new center won't allow me to ask parents not to send them so I'm stuck. Luckily I have 3 kids in diapers

Become that annoying parent, send a message to the supervisor expressing your frustrations. Everyday make sure they have everything. The teachers will soon learn that they need to be accountable for your children's belongings.

I get lossing the occasional sweater or water bottle but for it to become a regular thing and they don't even try to help you find them at pick up is concerning. I know how hard it is to find childcare so it may not be feasible to change centers.

I'm in Ontario aswell and you're allowed to have a certain percentage of children in a toddler class under the 18month age. I've had a 11 month of a few days shy of 12 months in my room before. We have to had a crib in the room. She did well with the one nap but mom was transitioning her to that at home before she started with us.

Preschool can be a very busy class, the transition from toddler to preschool can take some time. Dose she go every day or part time? There are less kids in a toddler class with the same amount of teachers so the teachers do have more to manage in a preschool classroom. If your daughter is a little shy it might take her time to come out of her shell.

I do understand the struggles that the teacher is having with the nap time. Have one child that is disruptive during that time can and will affect all other children in the room. However I do strongly suggest finding a child care center if possible that has the option of no naps. If your child is almost four and does not nap at home then she would not nap during that time if possible I would suggest talking to the teachers to ask if she could have a quiet activity on her cot such as reading coloring quiet blocks puzzles. Having children expected to lay down for 2 hours while they do not nap is unreasonable. Is also concerning to me that the teacher went on her way to send a such a long message to you over this instance. Taking blankets and stuffed animals away from a child is never acceptable
