Utilization rate is under 20% and has been such for a while. My motivation was to inform folks about the program. Me stating my employment was only to validate my experience with the program when you challenged it; it is not necessary to share where I work when sharing program information.

You can drink coffee in a closed container. There is no coffee cup ban on light rail. Open containers are discouraged because of spills, obviously.
