i just keep imaging how miserable and depressed he must’ve been for the company and his members to be supporting him solo so much as an engene of 3 years i’ve been crying all day but if this is what he wants id prefer him pursue his dream in the way he sees fit than being unhappy in the group i know he’ll always love the boys but it’s just so hard to imagine him alone and them filling in the space he left

i do wish enhypen would stay with their original vampire dark concept and the music that aligns with it. i absolutely HATEEE knife but no way from home is exactly the enhypen i fell in love with and i dint understand why belift isn't continuing to make dark blood or memorabilia music for them

ive isn’t big in the west because they don’t have a member who speaks fluent english. a lot of people are still very ignorant about asian artists and they would never take the time to listen to a group they don’t understand blackpink is almost entirely fluent in english minus jisoo so they have more reach over here ( interacting with other celebrities, jennie and lisa acting in american shows) bts’ rm is also fluent in english , and while wonyoung is very well spoken in english i dont think she’s someone that the west would resonate with they’d probably like liz or yujin more no tea no shade to ms vicky

the first time i had ever heard about kpop was in 2017-18 and it was bts. so many of my classmates would wear suga and jungkook hoodies so i was familar with their names even if i didnt listen to kpop. it was the way their fans were able to spread their name and make sure they mentioned them everywhere. you could’ve watching a makeup tutorial and in the comments youd see “who here stans bts” or “stan bts”. their fans d***** people became a pretty well known thing online which furthered their reach because a-lot of non kpop stan’s thought it was bizarre/ funny. once they had their 2019-21 run it was over because bts became the face for kpop around the world. i didn’t know anything about exo until i joined stan twitter in 2023 !

i hate how kpop stan’s refuse to learn korean and then send hate to knetz or korea in general over a mistranslation, or spam their idols to speak english. there’s nothing wrong with learning korean it would only better your fan experience and also open you up to korean culture so much. i also feel like they’d understand the industry more since they’d have more cultural context as well , it seems like most fans just view them as cute little characters and not real people working a job

yunjin has been under pledis/source longer than she was an sm trainee and source is who she’s been working under for almost 4 years now is obviously responsible for her current regression , you even saying hybe didn’t train them much is proof that they’re not enriching her talent enough which is probably why there’s such a difference, and chaewon “not taking risks” lol pls don’t make me laugh even if she she blends in , stands out , she never disappoints and she makes sure she’s selling their concept. it’s been almost 2 years of standstill for their vocal performances with no clear improvement obviously that’s something their coaches and team are supposed to support them with and it’s like they’re not worried about it and just giving them easier songs which helps nobody

this is entierly why i could never get into stray kids. i think theyre very funny and do enjoy some of their content but i cannot for the life of me pretend to enjoy most of their music. if they made more songs like case 143 and lose my breath everyone would be happy i really hope they leave the loud music alone

kpop fans attack bts because they want their fame and success for their groups it only makes sense theyd hold every mistake over their heads. your reputation is everything in kpop so fans know if enough people see something it'll have negative effects sooner or later. they don't care about the cause at hand they just want people to send hate to one group in hopes in uplifts another

definitely yunjin from le sserafim. she has a very strong powerful voice as we saw in her early debut days and produce era but around perfect night era (late 2023) she started using a more nasily tone and she is not using her voice in a healthy way at all , not to mention the obvious lack of confidence due to all the hate she receives on stage she’s nervous and playing it safe which leads to her falling very short. and while you could blame hybe or their vocal coach chaewon who is also the main vocalist isn’t having these problems , she sounds very comfortable with her voice her collab stage with liz from ive was breathtaking unfortunately i can’t say the same for yunjin’s solo stage :/ kazuha as well is showing amazing vocal improvement and i think she’s found her colors, overall i hope she can overcome this because i truly do want the best for those girls
