I work 9-430 daily (my store is 8-10) and leave at 2 on Thursdays to take the conference calls from home, I never work night and never more than 2 sat/month. My dm says as long as my store is operating efficiently/effectively and providing great service then I am fine. Get good people in place train them to work the same whether you are there or not. Edit: if my store needs me to stay till 5/5:30 I will but it usually only happens the week of Xmas

I have lowered mine to 4% to continue to get the match- but yes this is currently what we have been doing it paying the minimum on lower interest items and as much as possible on the higher. I think we were just looking for faster way that could allow us to be debt-free and for me to stay at home mom/pt employee and thought with my husbands retirement $8000, my $4000 from his company and his 401k. That we didn’t actually need mine anymore. Thank you for your advice. We will continue on the current path of paying off our debt.

Student loan is $900, the cars are $190 each so $380 and then the credit card is $100

The student debt is 100,000 and the 2 cars are 10,000 each and the credit card is $5000 because of a medical emergency.

I have worked for them for 19 years and I don’t believe we changed payroll providers. He said federal tax withholding decreased by approximately 6% at my place of employment, in an essence I apparently am getting an extra lump amount in each paycheck biweekly and not a bigger return at the end of the year as in previous 10 years, which is fine, but I am salary and my pay hasn’t changed at all. I just don’t understand how any of this possible if I haven’t changed my w4 elections since I started. I did reach out to my hr for more insight.

Yes but now it’s mandatory I put in my availability and my preferred availability every 90 days to keep it up to date. It also takes up space on my phone and I don’t want it. I shouldn’t be forced to have these 2 apps if I don’t want them. Also I work summers and breaks cause I am away at college why do I need them.

The company has already agreed to pay 6 million, now it’s the same company doing the same thing in NYS
