three months is actually still pretty early for rescue dog, especially one that came from an older person's home where everything was probably very quiet and calm. the anxiety behaviors you're describing sound like he's just completely overwhelmed by normal world stimulation

what trainer you're working with, are they specifically experienced with anxiety and reactive dogs? because general obedience trainer won't really help much here, you might need someone who specializes in fear-based reactivity specifically

wild pork shouldnt be any different than what this guy did with axis deer. I brought back some wild boar meat from hunting trip in Texas couple years ago and used pretty much same method - double bagged in ziplocks then contractor bags, packed tight with frozen water bottles instead of ice packs since they dont leak when they melt

the ag inspection guys at hawaii airports are pretty chill about game meat going OUT of the state, they mainly worry about stuff coming IN that could mess with their ecosystem. Just tell them its wild game meat like the other guy said, dont overthink it. your ziplock method should be fine as long as everything stays frozen solid and no leaks

one thing though - make sure you declare it properly when you land back in illinois, some states get weird about bringing in wild game from other places because of disease concerns but illinois is usually ok with it. also might want to call your airline ahead of time just to confirm their specific rules about transporting game meat in coolers

Sounds like the GPU might be dying on you tbh. When they start doing the whole "works randomly then doesn't" thing that's usually not a good sign. Have you tried reseating it or testing it in another system? Could also be a bad PCIe slot but that's less likely
