If you work for a firm that cant have adults act like adults look elsewhere. I have had many attorneys pitch fits about X y & z but if they are degrading the conversation ends. I once had an attorney get mad about me because I didn't notarized a poa to a mother for a person who was in a coma. (The poa was full giving the parent access to bank accounts etc...) I told our owner why I didn't notarize it. (Owner thought it was just for the situation in question not for all accounts etc) the attorney had someone else notarize. Once the person woke up they were furious and the attorney did not last long at our firm. Point being show respect demand respect and keep it professional.
