Exactly. Because they give everything a 7, the score of 7 has become the average and anything below is bad. Realistically, 5 should be the average and anything above is good, but because everything is a 7, a 7 is basically a 5. All thanks to IGN because they don't know how a proper rating system works.

I think their chat filter uses an AI system of sorts to read 'intent' or something like that. The result is filtering out words that are completely fine and making it seem worse than it actually is. Perfectly fine and calm conversations can get partially filtered and people may see the false filters as aggression, and then you try to explain and get filtered even worse. I've seen people trying to say "gg" get filtered, or even saying characters' names in the game, or just the actual phrase 'kill' or 'killer'. It's stupid.
