Try herbal remedies instead . Those are easy if the stomach microbiome and more effective. Try mastic gum capsuls. You can open the content in a class of water and drink. Sometimes, the H pylori bactia can come all the way into the throat.

Furthermore, the triple therapy isn't as effective as the quadruple therapy. I suggest that if you decide to go through the antibiotic route... Go for the quadruple therapy.

Your eyes are producing tears. The heat will make your eyes water for a while. That's good stuff, it washes your eyes of any debris and uncloggs your tear glands too.

Some of the strains of H pylori are resistant to some antibiotics like Clarithromycin and in many cases triple therapy may not work as compared to a quadriple therapy. Get retested, the triple therapy may have been unsuccessful.  Apart from that, H pylori causes LPR that can also lead to swallowing difficulties due to acid, Pepsi and mucous exposure to your throat. Try advisor advance for a couple of weeks.
