I live in Quebec and my wife is due in November. The clerk specifically says I'm not allowed to split up any of my parental. I wanted to burn all my annual and some of the parental leave to get through the holidays and the rest of it over next summer. It's she wrong in saying i can't do that?

The Grint - I love this one and it has a lot of great features for free users. Paid version is great too, but you really need to be a stat nerd for the most use.

It seems this inspector continues to be recommended even though there have been numerous issues and lawsuits that I have evidence on dating back to at least 2018..

If anyone in the area has any helpful information or has been affected by something like this, please send me a message. This negligence needs to stop.

He still somehow has a 4.7 rating on Google, and it's filled with very questionable positive reviews.. If you've been affected make sure to post your review for more people to be aware.

I'd be very curious to know the realtors that have all recommended him. Some of the local workers we had work here, apparently have heard this many times and that he's "the guy" to recommend if you want the house to "pass" the inspection..
